Sign On for Juniors for the 2012 season

Our weekend Sign Ons have now finished.  The clubhouse will be now be open Monday to Thursday from 6:30 to 8:00 for sign on.  This will only be for a couple of week and then it will revert to just Monday & Tuesday.  Don't leave it to the last minute please.

Cost:-

$80 per player at sign on

FAMILY** (Juniors only) —$80 for the first player; $60 for the second player; $40 for the third player and others.

Save time and download a form, have it filled out and bring it with you (1 form per immediate family).

**FAMILY—This is for Brothers and Sisters only (does not include cousins)

Both the player/s and parent/guardian need to sign all paperwork on the day.

For players new to Rugby League and Logan Brothers you will need to bring your Birth Certificate or Passport for each player.

Forms for Juniors (PDF) can be downloaded - make it quick and easy have them completed before coming down to the club.
